Well the good news is that the Pup didn’t need to stay in the Vets for an operation, turns out whatever was stuck in her paw had expelled itself, not before the poor little thing had an abscess there. So she had a huge injection of antibiotics and has to have tablets twice a day for the next seven days. She was very well behaved which makes a change.
So needless to say she had a big treat when she got home. Bless!

That’s very good news. Hate taking my dog to the vet, even if it’s just for a check-up.
I don’t know why I dread taking Lily to the vets, she’s very well behaved. She was rather goofy and wanted to chew her bunny rather than get annoyed at the vet.
What dog have you got?
I’ve got a black labrador called Luca. He’s knocking on a bit now and he has a few health problems, bless him, but he still acts like a pup at times.
Awww how cute is that! love black labs, and chocolate labs, and Wiermeraners… We’re looking at getting another one. Lily spent the night with the dog sitter and her dogs and she’s been out cold for over three hours now, one seriously worn out dog. We can’t manage it!
