Have you tried finding the email address of the managing director, and threatening him with a complaint to Ofcom? (trust me it works, OK so I did actually carry through with my threat, and it wasn't quite Ofcom, but I can't talk about it until the issue has been investigated). You do realise they will be doing away with the Post Office by the time we're drawing pension? ;o) They really are idiots aren’t they?
