She's not my dog :( I miss her like mad. I think she does miss me - she seemed really happy to see me yesterday.

No idea why people felt the need to stare, it was really strange. You'd catch them talking amongst each other and they'd stop - mid sentence and look at me as if I were some kind of aberration. Never had it walking the dog, it's just that I was at a wildlife park.

I'm old school. I prefer a 'real' book to the Kindle version - it is that whole experience of opening up a new book, starting that first page, etc, etc. I have Kindle on my phone, but it only has two books on it and I think I've only looked at them a couple of times. If someone were to buy me a Kindle (it's not something I would ever buy for myself) I'd obviously give it a go, but eventually I know I'd go back to my bookshelf.

I didn't realise that you hadn't kept Lily with you, that's a shame. I bet she really misses you.

Wonder why people felt the need to stare at you? Someone walking a dog is perfectly normal, I would've thought. Still, there are some funny people about.

I've actually got another blog, that's secret just so I can write the things that I really want to write in the blog. I'm just really torn between turning this into a portfolio site or one where I write stuff about what I do. There's also the possibility that I could do a bit of a mashup of all of them. Kinda hard to decide what I want to do with it.

The thing with mine is that I use the email address with it, so anyone (not that they do - I'm not actually that interesting), seems to bother looking. Hmmm... I either need to use it more for my writing, or for work stuff. ho-hum.

I know what you mean. Lately I've felt as though I need to be careful what I post on my blog just in case someone I know stumbles across it - it kind of defeats the object of having a personal blog because now I don't feel as though I can really be myself in my posts.

Bare minimum for me would be my phone, keys, cashpoint card and Costa Coffee points card (you never know when the caffeine craving will strike!). Same stuff pretty much goes into my work bag, along with my ipod and one or two books, DS or PSP, plus sweeties, my glasses and painkillers (a must at work as I will, without fail, get a headache pretty much as soon as I walk into the place).
